Changing an Order Policy
Once your order is completed and/or you have received the order confirmation email, we are unable to cancel and/or make any changes towards your order.
This is because at this stage, the order has been sent to our fulfillment centre and is being either picked, packed or dispatched. It may also have been handed over to the courier and be on its way to you. It's not possible to intercept and change and/or cancel packages at this stage.
