Refund and Return Policy

Refund & Return of "FREE" Products

FREE products are those where the cost of the product is $0 and you have only paid for postage and handling. All FREE products are gifted to you "as is". You assume responsibility for your payment of the postage and handling fees. 

We are unable to accept returns for FREE products. No refunds can be issued for FREE products.

Refund & Return of Paid Products

Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return and Refund of unopened, unused, originally packed item 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Essentially this means we can not accept a "change of mind" return, where you open the product and use it for a time, then change your mind and decide you no longer wish to have it.

If you item is unused, unopened, in original packaging, it is eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (your order confirmation email serves this purpose). Please forward it to us when requesting a return.

To return your item, email us at info@montessoritoybox.com or use the Contact Us page. We will supply to you the return address. This is the address you will need to mail the item to in order to return it to us.

Return and Refund of Items Damaged During Shipping

If you receive your package and notice it is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Do not discard any of the packaging and wrapping materials, as they will be useful in resolving the problem.

Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and damage to the product and email us at info@montessoritoybox.com or use the Contact Us page. We will supply to you the return address. This is the address you will need to mail the item to in order to return it to us.

After we receive the package and confirm the item was damaged during shipping, you will have the option to ask for your money back or request a replacement product be mailed to you as a replacement for the damaged item.

Return and Refund of Defective Items

If you use the product but find that it is defective, breaks during use, or does not work correctly, you can request return of the damaged product within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Please note how the product is defective or does not work as intended, and email us at info@montessoritoybox.com or use the Contact Us page. We will supply to you the return address. This is the address you will need to mail the item to in order to return it to us.

You can request a refund of the original purchase price, or for us to send you a replacement product.

After we receive your product, we will confirm that it is defective and/or does not work as intended. You will have the option to get your money back, or request a replacement product.

    Issuing of Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved and request the refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. We will refund you the amount you paid for the item.

    Requesting of Replacement Items (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for a replacement product. 

    We will send out a replacement product as soon as possible. In the case that the product is out of stock, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. We will refund you the amount you paid for the item.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@montessoritoybox.com or use the Contact Us page.


    Return Shipping Costs 


    To return your product, send us an email at info@montessoritoybox.com or use the Contact Us page. We will provide you with the address to return the item to.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We are unable to pay for return shipping costs. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
